Clearing the Cache/History in Microsoft Internet Explorer

Sometimes you will receive this message when trying to access ILLiad to place your interlibrary loan requests.

To resolve the problem please try the following.

Click on Tools in the menu bar.

 

Select Internet Options which is the last selection.

Under Browsing History click the Delete button.

You will want to clear the Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History.

Click the Delete button.

Once it is finished deleting the old history files,  the Internet Options window will appear again.

Click OK.

Close Internet Explorer and then reopen it to the library home page (http://lib.uah.edu).  You should be able to log into ILLiad to place your Interlibrary Loan.
