Material Request Forms

Journal articles and books may be borrowed from other libraries.  This is only available for UAHuntsville students, faculty and staff.

  • Interlibrary Loan Request Forms
    Please log into ILLiad and place your article or book request.
  • Library Book Hold Request Form
    Please read the directions for placing a hold on an item from the Salmon Library catalog that is currently checked out. This is only available for UAHuntsville students, faculty and staff.
