Clearing the Cache in your Browser

Using the Chrome Browser

Sometimes you will receive this message when trying to access ILLiad to place your interlibrary loan requests.

To resolve the problem please try the following.

In the upper right hand corner of the browser click the Customize and Control Google Chrome icon.

                                  

Select History from the list.

This will bring up a new window.  Click the Clear all browsing data... button.

In the next window you will need to clear the Browsing history, Download history and Empty the cache. Click the Clear Browsing Data button to do this.

Once that is completed, close the Settings window.

Close Chrome and reopen it to the library home page (http://lib.uah.edu).  You should be able to log into ILLiad to place your Interlibrary Loan.
