Clearing the Cache in Firefox

Sometimes you will receive this message when trying to access ILLiad to place your interlibrary loan requests.

To resolve the problem please try the following.

Click on Tools in the Menu bar.

Select Clear Recent History and the Time range option appears.

Click on the drop-down and select Everything.

Another window appears with various options.

You’ll probably want to clear your Browsing & Download History and Cache.

Click the Clear Now button.

Close Firefox and reopen it to the library home page (http://lib.uah.edu).  You should be able to log into ILLiad to place your Interlibrary Loan.
