If you are on campus, you should simply have to click on a given resource to access it, and our proxy server will acknowledge you as being in our approved IP range. You should not have to do anything additional.
If you are off campus, you might see a Single Sign On screen as below. Enter your UAH ChargerID and password to continue. Faculty and staff will need to verify this through the DUO Mobile App. Contact helpdesk@uah.edu if you have issues with this.
A note about guest users, including UAH alumni, off campus access is restricted to those with a current UAH login. You will need to use our online resources on campus.
